In November 2021 the U.Porto Innovation promoted the “Workshop ODS”, an awareness session about the ONU Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The importance of the SDGs was debated during the event and several tools and case studies illustrated the use of the SDGs framework by several worldwide organisations. Besides a theoretical ontextualization about the subject, the initiative was very practical. The workshop was fully oriented towards the implementation of the SDGs and the 2030 Agenda in the scope of the organizations where participants carry out their professional activity, namely companies, startups, spin-off companies of the U.Porto, but also Portuguese public and private entities in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship. The face-to-face workshop gathered around forty participants and was broadcast via streaming, with the participation of 180 people.
